Purchases on this site are through a PayPal Secure Online shopping cart or, alternatively, you can pay by cheque although funds will need to clear before any orders are posted.

Hoolala Return Policy

Items may be exchanged for store credit or merchandise within 10 days of purchase.

Customised orders are final - once you add text and/or pictures it's yours - all custom work is non-returnable.

Postage will not be reimbursed. Please pack your item carefully - scratched or damaged goods will not be accepted for exchange. Your new Hoolala purchase is guaranteed for 6 months of normal wear, after which repairs may be done for an additional fee.

All other pieces are subject to a 15% restocking fee. The item must be returned in original packaging and in original new condition. Refunds will be made through Paypal.

Orders over £100 are also subject to a 15% restocking fee.
