We accept payment from Paypal, personal cheque and payment on credit card via Paypal.
We reserve the right to change prices, descriptions, modify, or substitute products without notice. Any orders received represents an offer to buy products indicated by you, this not a binding contract until acceptance of the order and we have dispatched the goods. This means that if the price, description or any other information about the product is incorrect Hoolala shall not be obliged to sell you the product.
Shipping And Handling
Standard Mainland UK Delivery
The standard delivery charge is £2.50 for Recorded Delivery which covers all items up to the value of £36. Orders over £36 will be dispatched via Special Delivery. Standard delivery charges apply to mainland UK only. Delivery to mainland UK addresses can take up to 5 working days, from the date of placing your order.
International Delivery
Worldwide delivery charge is £2.50 for the first item up to £36. Purchases over this amount will be shipped via International Signed For post at a cost of £7. All Hoolala DeLuxe pieces will be sent via Airsure International Insured postage charged at £10 which provides insurance up to £250.
We are not responsible for any charges levied to our international buyers via customs ports, airport, or couriers. Any charges that are made for vat, tax etc are your responsibility.
Delivery Schedule
We aim to process your order within 5 working days and orders normally arrive within three working days. If you are shopping from outside the UK, please contact us for our delivery schedule.
Custom Orders
Custom orders can take up to 10 days to make. All custom orders are to be paid for in advance and are non refundable.
Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the goods for any reason you may return them within 14 days. In order for a return to be made, please contact us. Goods must be returned in the original packaging and in the condition received. You will be given a full refund. All delivery, return costs and gift-wrapping charges will not be refunded.

Returns Policy
In the unlikely event that goods arrive damaged we ask our customers to inform us within 7 days.
